Hello!
I am a Fashion Design Student at the Indian Institute of Art and Design, who has a great passion for fashion, art, and textiles. I explore the world of fashion as a way of creating new languages and identities within our society, working towards a positive impact not only in terms of recognition of human expressions but also from an ethical point of view.
As a design practitioner, I have an experimental approach, strength in attention to detail, and functionality at its core.
CRAFT CLUSTER PROJECT

A collaboration with Rangsutra crafts in order to develop a Design range along with an enriching on filed experience on the outskirts of lucknow to trace back the roots of the craft and treasure it in a contemporary world.

THE JACKET PROJECT
A design process to engage in creating our own fashion forecast through developing a context. Learning the intense of process of constructing a jacket and the attention to detail. Further, a jacket is exceptionally designed with uncaged elements and details playing with the functionality aspect of a garment.

An enriching process to understand the journey from cotton seeds to denim fabrics. Further leading to a brand study.

INDUSTRY INTERNSHIP
An extensive journey of 17 weeks at the brand yavi documenting the processes ane learnings of how design processes are led in the industry along with on-field engagement and interaction.
In-BETWEEN SPACES
An extensive design project where I'm contemplating around spaces led ultimately let me to question - Are spaces functional in terms of clothing. A series of visual interpretations, research and on-field experimentation ultimately transforming into a collection
